Do I post an answer under the question you put in? Or do you just want me to read the article? Thanks JackFrost2121(Frostbitten?/ My Work) 12:52, 1 June 2013 (UTC)Reply

When you have done reading, comment below using {{Done}} which will look like   Done and of course sign your message. Once you are done then I will ask some questions. --Vigyanitalkਯੋਗਦਾਨ 14:09, 1 June 2013 (UTC)Reply
Can I do the test using my alternative username? I plan to use this username once I reach 1000 article space edits so I can use STiki, and get a better chance in reverting vandalism. PrabashWhat? 02:13, 2 June 2013 (UTC)Reply
yeah no problem.--Vigyanitalkਯੋਗਦਾਨ 02:19, 2 June 2013 (UTC)Reply

Urgent Comment

edit

Urgent Comment : I checked your STiki stats and noticed that you have reverted every edit, which was shown to you in STiki interface. Do not do this. Not each edit is to be reverted, there are 4 buttons Vandalism, AGF, Pass and Innocent. First two you have used, the last two I will explain here for you. When an edit looks alright then we press Innocent, on an average I think about 50% edits are innocent, however it depends upon the STiki users perception of what is innocent (as you can see in Wikipedia:STiki/leaderboard, different user has different percentage of vandalism and AGF reverting). Pass button is used when you think that edit is not helpful but you are not certain and you think that another user may make a better decision. This edit is then shown to another user using STiki interface. Remember each edit (if not passed) is only shown to one user, so we have to be careful in making a judgement.--Vigyanitalkਯੋਗਦਾਨ 08:16, 3 June 2013 (UTC)Reply

Thanks, but one thing, I have actually already clicked the pass button several times and the innocent button too. Anyways I will take more care in reverting vandalism using STiki anytime I use it. Thanks! PrabashWhat? 11:03, 3 June 2013 (UTC)Reply
But if you add your percentage of AGF and Vandalism/Test it becomes 99.22% i.e. 127 times out of 128 you reverted the edit.--Vigyanitalkਯੋਗਦਾਨ 11:04, 3 June 2013 (UTC)Reply
That makes clear sense now! I remember clicking innocent only once while i clicked pass for every edit that seemed innocent. PrabashWhat? 11:18, 3 June 2013 (UTC)Reply
hmm. I also had initially made this mistake assuming pass as ok edit, but then interface gave me a notification. Using pass frequently is not a good idea probably. If you think that any other STiki user also may not decide then it is better to mark it innocent. Also remember that a STiki user may not be the only person reviewing that edit. So it is okay, if you mark something uncertain as innocent. Marking innocent is preferred over reverting. --Vigyanitalkਯੋਗਦਾਨ 11:24, 3 June 2013 (UTC)Reply
Everyone makes mistakes. Another thing is that I just got the 1000 thresh hold Barnstar, one day after requesting STiki! PrabashWhat? 11:12, 4 June 2013 (UTC)Reply
yes, I had noticed. Congrats for that :) --Vigyanitalkਯੋਗਦਾਨ 11:52, 4 June 2013 (UTC)Reply

Hi I will be returning to STiki today, so if you want me to do the task 3 questions right away, feel free to ring me in. --PrabashWhat? 11:40, 5 June 2013 (UTC)Reply

maybe not right now. I am bit tired and right now having dinner. Maybe I will sleep early tonight and post questions tomorrow. Good luck with STiki. --Vigyanitalkਯੋਗਦਾਨ 12:18, 5 June 2013 (UTC)Reply
Ya get some rest it's morning where I live and my shift just started, please take your time with the questions --PrabashWhat? 12:44, 5 June 2013 (UTC)Reply

Please write in your own words

edit

Hi Prabash. Your answers seems to have been copied directly from the articles mentioned in Tasks, so I will ask you to write it in your own words (Task01, first question also). This does not mean that, you may not have understood the concept, but still one's own words are better.--Vigyanitalkਯੋਗਦਾਨ 00:12, 6 June 2013 (UTC)Reply

Ok sorry, I will change them up tomorrow because it is 10:59PM where I live and I'm going to sleep, I'll do it after, also you made a spelling error: it's write not right ;) --PrabashWhat? 03:00, 6 June 2013 (UTC)Reply
No problem. Change when it suits you. The spell error... ah.. well it is not spell error, it is word error. An old problem of mine, in which I frequently substitute similar sound words with each other. like What-But, Right-Write, then-than, etc. Can't seem to get rid of it :(.--Vigyanitalkਯੋਗਦਾਨ 03:11, 6 June 2013 (UTC)Reply

Rollback vs Reviewer

edit

Hi there! I just got rollback rights a few days ago and I noticed you have reviewer rights but not rollback. Is there a difference between the two? does it require more experience to become a reviewer? Thanks --PrabashWhat? 18:41, 8 June 2013 (UTC)Reply

I have rollback too and I have another called autopatrolled. I think for reviewer and rollback it is probably the same level of experience. But autopatrolled requires experience in article creation (typically 50 articles). On a page like this, you can see a user's rights and he is edit pattern etc.--Vigyanitalkਯੋਗਦਾਨ 23:42, 8 June 2013 (UTC)Reply
