Naruto trivia edit

That's the kind of trivia that belongs in the trivia section. Good work! ~MDD4696 21:10, 20 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

please Mr. Post Man edit

thank you for reviving my summary. I thought it made sense, apparently that other guy didn't. I put effort into it, thanks again for not letting it go to waste. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Verde830 (talkcontribs)

Well to be fair, the episodes title as well as the episode itself was quite wierd. Narutos filler episodes are borderlining nonsense lately :(. The heart symbol etc probably implied it was some sort of a prank which of course wasnt the case.

I'm still somewhat unconvinced that it's Obito, but it seems close. I reworded the statement. – Someguy0830 (Talk | contribs) 03:47, 13 August 2006 (UTC)Reply

Screenshot capture edit

How do you capture your screenshots? I notice they're at 1024x768 resolution, which is unusual seeing as the source video itself is only around 640x480. In other words, you have about 2.5 times as many pixels are necessary for full quality. –Gunslinger47 03:01, 27 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

when I capture screenshots, I play my videos in Media Canter. I never really bothered thinking about the resloution. did I do something wrong?Verde830 15:34, 29 April 2007 (UTC)Reply
They're just a lot bigger than they should be, especially considering policy regarding resolution of non-free images. The policy is not very clear on the subject, and I tried to take it up on its talk page, but it seems that they don't want non-free video screenshots to be at 480p or higher. ( see here for my conversation )
I think they'll be happy if you upload at 320x240 or 512x384. You can upload at full broadcast resolution only if you have a fair use justification for why the extra detail is necessary. –Gunslinger47 19:29, 29 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

Orphaned fair use image (Image:Diet Ramen.JPG) edit

Thanks for uploading Image:Diet Ramen.JPG. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. –Gunslinger47 01:09, 2 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

Fair use rationale missing for Image:Jinta Hanakari.JPG edit

  This file may be deleted.

Thanks for uploading Image:Jinta Hanakari.JPG. However, the image is missing a fair use rationale. Please read carefully the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content and then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair-use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our Criteria for speedy deletion. Image:Karakura_Town.JPG edit

I have tagged Image:Karakura_Town.JPG as {{orphaned fairuse}}. In order for the image to be kept at Wikipedia, it must be included in at least one article. If this image is being used as a link target instead of displayed inline, please add {{not orphan}} to the image description page to prevent it being accidentally marked as orphaned again. ArbCom elections are now open! edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Speedy deletion nomination of File:Sunagakure.JPG edit

A tag has been placed on File:Sunagakure.JPG requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F10 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a file that is not an image, sound file or video clip (e.g. a Word document or PDF file) that has no encyclopedic use.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. 1989 (talk) 17:20, 1 February 2017 (UTC)Reply
