October 2012 edit

Hello, I'm Sue Rangell. I wanted to let you know that I undid one of your recent contributions, such as the one you made to Talk:Battle off the coast of Abkhazia, because it didn’t appear constructive to me. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks, Sue Rangell[citation needed] 04:52, 28 October 2012 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of RusRating edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on RusRating requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organization or company, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Removing Speedy at RusRating edit

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thanks for taking the time to contribute.

I'm a bot designed by another Wikipedia editor, and I'm here to help you with our deletion process. I noticed that while working on an article recently, you removed a speedy deletion template that tagged it for deletion. Don't get discouraged! Deletion discussions happen on Wikipedia all the time.

If you don't want the article to get deleted, please click here.

The link will take you to the talk page, where you can explain why the article should be kept. If you have any questions about this or need help with editing, you can ask at the Help desk.

We really hope you'll stick around to help make Wikipedia better! Thank you, - SDPatrolBot (talk) 12:07, 28 November 2012 (UTC)Reply

Titanium dioxide edit

Hello, The statistical data that you added in the Titanium dioxide article actually refer to the global production of Titanium. TiO2 production data is listed in the mentioned document [1] only for the United States, while global data indicates production capacity only. I removed the section entirely. kashmiri 12:57, 28 November 2012 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of List of countries by Titanium production edit

The article List of countries by Titanium production has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Extract from one source document; goes against WP:NOTSTATSBOOK. Also, irrelevant. These statistics were first inserted yesterday by this page's creator (User:Venajaguardian) as a section in the Titanium dioxide article - misleadingly because they do not refer to this compound. After his/her edit was reverted, Venajaguardian pushed these stats into this newly created page (also misleadingly mentioning titanium dioxide).

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. kashmiri 18:55, 28 November 2012 (UTC)Reply
