		The Graphic Designer's Barnstar
		This is for your work on the Joy of Painting article. Converting the seasons into tables is hard work and I appreciate all that you are doing. I chose this barnstar since it has an artists palette and brush on it and that always makes me think of Ross and his "lets put a nice little cloud over here" comments.
