If you wish to appeal against the deletion of your page you must post your appeal at deletion review. Posting your request as an article is without value. I would say that I have reviewed your deleted article, and to me it appears promotional, as stated by the deleting admin.--Anthony Bradbury^"talk" 16:01, 30 July 2017 (UTC)

Need help in article publishing

Hi! I have published article about female trader and philanthropist https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inna_Rosputnia_(Lady_F) It was deleted (stated reason - promotion). I wasn't trying to promote. I used only confirmed facts. Please help me to recover page or create new one with the better text.
