My standard for listing someone is whether their article says anything about their residence: as I watch thousands of pages, many of which often have nonnotable people or nonresident notable people being added, I really don't have time to expand those people's articles to prove that they're residents. Thanks for providing the source (I've added it to her article, and restored her to the town article), but in the future it would be more helpful to add a source for her residing in the town.
