Being more nice is sort of it. Take a look at this edit you made: [1]. You say "put them back, if you know whats good for you, or else, and don't even think about deleting this". We all have to work together, so threatening people like this isn't helpful. If you believe that changes should be made, you should explain why you think that it would be a good idea to make those changes. Working with people is much more pleasant than working against them. You don't seem to have been rude in the last month or so, though, so perhaps there's nothing to worry about.
