Copyrighted photos edit

Please do not add copyrighted images to Wikipedia without permission from the copyright holder, as you did on Taylor Momsen. File:Jenny Humphrey.jpg is in Commons because it can be used in Jenny Humphrey (who is not a real person), but not Taylor Momsen, per WP:NFC. Ward3001 (talk) 17:52, 25 May 2009 (UTC)Reply

Re: Bono and KBE edit

Only members of the British Empire can be awarded as a Knight of the British Empire. Bono is a citizen of the Republic of Ireland and does not qualify. He was announced as an Honourary Knight of the British Empire, which is an award given to those who are not members of the British Empire. It is a wholly different thing, and in any case a consensus has previously been established to not include "Sir" or "KBE" in the article's lead. MelicansMatkin (talk) 17:13, 26 May 2009 (UTC)Reply

Finnish people of German descent edit

You have added the category Category:Finnish people of German descent to several articles, some of which contain this information with references but some do not (for example Urho Kekkonen). So, I would like to ask, what is the source of the information for these additions in cases that the information is not in the articles? For example the table of ancestors of Urho Kekkonen has been published by Finnish Genealogical Society, and as far as I can remember, there were no german ancestors for Urho Kekkonen (correct me if I am wrong). So could you please kindly add the references to these articles that you have categorized like this.--Urjanhai (talk) 10:00, 31 October 2011 (UTC)Reply

A correction: seemingly someone else had added this information to the article Urho Kekkonen. But in any case references would be needed when adding categories to articles.--Urjanhai (talk) 10:10, 31 October 2011 (UTC)Reply
