Since .mil is a US government domain,, and its content PD-US unless stated otherwise, it's not copyvio, and I reverted the speedy deletion requenst. Please add the relevant copyright tag --see WP:Copyright; it is also usually best to summarize or rewrite such sources, so they read in a less bureaucratic manner.
