After looking over the topic a bit more, I do believe it to be notable (31.900 hits on Google); as such I've moved it to Mirador Instant Messenger and have done a little clean up on it. I'm going to consider PRODing it (a slower deletion process), however, as I still feel it may not be encyclopedic. The article was actually deleted by an admin citing WP:CSD/G1; thus, I do have the feeling the article may not last long. Please continue to expand it, citing reliable sources, and elaborating beyond what the product does (history, impact, etc.), and we'll see if it can be salvaged. I'd also like to stress that Wikipedia is not a vessel for advertising, but rather an encyclopedia. Let me provide you with a few links that might help you in the future:
