The image has been declared a copyvio at the discussion listed above. Just because Flickr is incorrect does not mean we can use it. Please do not reupload it again, even by a different name. Sorry: flickr is not incorrect -- the image has a CC BY SA license: It has been licensed by its author as such.. On what basis are you assuming this is a copyright violation?? Y0u are in error, not flickr! please re-instate the image. Or at least explain what steps are necessary that haven't already been taken (re: what is wrong with the CC license?). I'll try again: this file is a photograph authored/shot by the artist Bill Jones: http://www.flickr.com/photos/bill-jones/6500209975/ who licensed it in flickr with a CC BY SA license; the image also appears on Bill Jones' site http://palladiomovie.com for his project "Palladio" starring Zoe Lister-Jones: http://www.firstpulseprojects.com/palladio/Zoe_Lister-Jones.html So waht is the problem?

I'm not in a positio0n to say whether the screenshot on Flickr is a copyvio or not, but the after the discussion listed above closed as delete, and therefore the file shouldn't be reuploaded. You can appeal against the decision at Wikipedia:Deletion review. You will need to make it clear why the image is indeed CC-BY-SA, when it's clearly a screenshot of a (presumably) copyright film.  An optimist on the run! 19:48, 16 December 2011 (UTC)

Well that's rich, considering there were no arguments made, just a quick deletion before I ever got to make a case for it. incidentally, the screenshot is by the author of the "film" which is actually a multi-media art performance -- entirely CC BY SA. In any case, it's the author who gets to license his own screenshots, which he did: CC BY SA. Duh. It's his flickr account. As for dealing with Wiki deletion arguments, I've already wasted way too much time with this extremely arbitrary and imperfect system of flagging and deleting by bot-like entities who don't look or listen. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.117.195.102 (talk) 20:20, 16 December 2011 (UTC)
