hey

I know you added some good info but I don't understand why you deleted all my edits to the Evo 2017 page, without any discussion. Why shouldn't earnings be reported, like on pages for any other major tournament?

please respond because i am a nerd and this is bothering me Lovedelicc (talk) 16:21, 15 July 2017 (UTC)

ArbCom Elections 2016: Voting now open!

Hello, UltraDark. Voting in the 2016 Arbitration Committee elections is open from Monday, 00:00, 21 November through Sunday, 23:59, 4 December to all unblocked users who have registered an account before Wednesday, 00:00, 28 October 2016 and have made at least 150 mainspace edits before Sunday, 00:00, 1 November 2016.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2016 election, please review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 22:08, 21 November 2016 (UTC)

WP:BLPCRIME

Back in October, you added material at Capcom Cup 2016 about a disqualified player, writing that he committed an act of sexual assault. Please see WP:BLPCRIME before making any similar edits in the future. Wikipedia's voice cannot be used to conclusively say that people have committed criminal acts if they are not found guilty in a court of law, especially when the subject is not a public figure. The player in question is not a public figure and not well known outside the FGC, and there was little reason to include this information on an article that is ostensibly about an event he did not qualify for. Be careful in the future, since adding potentially defamatory material can get you blocked. Thanks, ---- Patar knight - chat/contributions 13:53, 7 December 2016 (UTC)

Request for help with Draft:Guilty Gear Xrd Revelator

Hello! A while ago I started putting together this draft article but fell behind with it unfortunately. Now I would like to get it done before the next release (Guilty Gear Xrd Revelator 2) is out. I've left this message on your talk page since you have recently participated in the Guilty Gear Xrd article. Hope you can give me a hand. Thanks in advance. :) Jotamide (talk) 17:06, 20 April 2017 (UTC)

Echo fox article

Hey, I just wanted to give a heads up that I just changed what you edited on the Mew2King section of the article back. From the mans words himself he was originally a Smash 64 player and was the person responsible for having Hyrule banned in the American ruleset and he mained Dedede exclusively at Meta Knight banned events in Brawl.   The Original Barnstar
Evo 2017 turned out incredibly well, and I greatly appreciate the amount of work you have put into it! ~Mable (chat) 14:38, 16 July 2017 (UTC)
Well deserved too. As I mentioned on Mable's page, I was attending Evo this year, so I was impressed how quickly the page the page was built and improved. Excellent job, UD. NeoChaosX (talk, edits) 04:14, 19 July 2017 (UTC)

Fist for Fight, Primo Victoria, Attero Dominatus, Metalizer

Why exactly these pages are redirs again. I use these and how are they not notable? Why do they bother people all of a sudden? I would like them to stay as separate pages. I'm not big on starting an edit war but I see no reason for those to be mere redirects and I do plan on undoing this change. Explain your actions.

@Tyrael pl: Please provide sources for these articles. Don't recreate them without sources. ―Justin (koavf)TCM 18:21, 9 August 2017 (UTC)
Did you check Metalizer content even? It does point to sources, 2 to be exact. So what's the problem? No enough? Not reliable? WHAT?Tyrael pl (talk) 19:32, 9 August 2017 (UTC)
@Tyrael pl: Album pages that lack notability are to be redirected to the band page or discography page at best. I don't make the rules. --ULTRA-DARKNESS:) 2 CHAT 19:59, 9 August 2017 (UTC)

Black Manta's Injustice 2 VA

That's easy. It's a different voice and filter. And if I were you, I would never trust IMDB. BigGreener (talk) 21:47, 14 September 2017 (UTC)

@BigGreener:: I don't source iMDB, I am aware that it is an unreliable source. Have you asked Ogie Banks if he voices the character via Twitter? ULTRA-DARKNESS:) 2 CHAT 02:50, 17 September 2017 (UTC)

Thanks for contributing to the article Pop Evil discography. However, one of Wikipedia's core policies is that contributions must be verifiable, by being clearly attributed to reliable sources, preferably using inline citations. Please help by adding more sources to the article you edited, and/or by clarifying how the sources already given support the claims (see here for how to do inline referencing). Thanks! P.S. If you need any help, you can look at Help:Contents/Editing Wikipedia or ask at Wikipedia:New contributors' help page, or just ask me. Thank you. --Jax 0677 (talk) 15:11, 21 November 2017 (UTC)

@Jax 0677: I tried getting into Billboard's website, it took many attempts. Waking Lions is indeed on the website's chart data. However, the site or page seems to be acting up and they're probably doing maintenance. I've captured a screenshot of the song being on the chart because of the difficulty getting on the site. Policy name

Hi User:UltraDark, do you know a Wikipedia policy or reason why a person article should use a shortened name (if they have one), rather than their full name (example: Al Pacino, rather than Alfred Pacino) please? Cheers, Theo (edits) 08:38, 8 December 2017 (UTC)

@Theo Mandela: Hi Theo, a shortened name is preferred for people that are often addressed by such. For example, Mike Patton of Faith No More and Dead Cross fame. ULTRA-DARKNESS:) 2 CHAT 04:28, 9 December 2017 (UTC)
What I really mean is if there is a Wikipedia policy that says that is the case, but if not do you know how you can change a person's article's name to be their shortened name please? Cheers, Theo (edits) 05:05, 9 December 2017 (UTC)
@Theo Mandela: No, I don't know if there's a policy. If you were to do such a move, try getting a discussion on the subject's talk page.ULTRA-DARKNESS:) 2 CHAT 14:38, 9 December 2017 (UTC)

Soulcalibur VI ‎

Nice work in creating Soulcalibur VI's article in so little time. Regards.Tintor2 (talk) 16:08, 9 December 2017 (UTC)

@Tintor2: Yeah, that game will probably be the entry most of the fanbase wants, since it's speculated that it will have a Mortal Kombat 9 kind-of plot. Oh, and thanks for the compliment, it means so much to me as a fan of Soulcalibur and fighting games in general. ULTRA-DARKNESS:) 2 CHAT 16:13, 9 December 2017 (UTC)

The channel used says PlayStation I think it might be reliable. A fellow editor once told me that Youtube videos can be reliable if the channels are official. Let me consult User:PresN.Tintor2 (talk) 23:09, 9 December 2017 (UTC)

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Evo 2017. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been or will be reverted.

Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continual disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. Will you PLEASE take the time to read WP:MOSFLAG? It doesn't matter what other wikis do with the little flag icons: we don't do that. It's in the manual of style. Drmies (talk) 21:00, 5 August 2018 (UTC)

Don't worry, I'm finished with the esports stuff. I have no interest in continuing as it gives me too much stress and I've been losing interest surrounding the topic since January 2018. Basically, I'm retired from the esports writing. I'm shifting my focus to other topics that interest me.ULTRA-DARKNESS:) 2 CHAT 23:08, 5 August 2018 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for August 6

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited With Oden on Our Side, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Versus the World (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
