Blog spamming

Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Draft:Lawrence Onyekele Obibuaku. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include, but are not limited to, links to personal websites, links to websites with which you are affiliated (whether as a link in article text, or a citation in an article), and links that attract visitors to a website or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the page, please discuss it on the associated talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. Haoreima (talk) 19:37, 9 September 2023 (UTC)Reply

Hello,
Thank you for your comments. However, I am at a loss. There is one link within the body of the article which links back to Wikipedia.
There are links to the references which are academic sources, universities, news outlets and NGOs.
The latest source used Is :
https://stanfordanamcityproject.wordpress.com/2012/04/04/reading-reflection-what-makes-a-good-ngo/
Which relates to a review of the subject’s work.  Please let me know how the above or other link to references may relate to:
·      advertising or promotion, personal websites or affiliated to the subject.
I am happy to to discuss the link. Ugochu (talk) 09:37, 10 September 2023 (UTC)Reply
Hi! Thanks for your interest! The link you are talking about is from WordPress. Sources from WordPress, Blogspot, Medium, Quora, Facebook, etc. are usually not considered as reliable sources. For further information, please see at WP:RELIABLE and WP:NOBLOG. Tell me if you need any help! Regards! :-) Haoreima (talk) 12:08, 10 September 2023 (UTC)Reply
Hello,
Thank you. I have reviewed the guide. My understanding from your initial post was that the article contained inappropriate external links.  Regarding the reliability of the source, please note Stanford Anam City Project was initiated by Dr. Aloy & Gesare Chife Foundation, Stanford University Engineers for a Sustainable World, Ball State University Department of Landscape Architecture.(See links: http://www.newtowninstitute.org/newtowndata/newtown.php?newtownId=1939
https://eswstanford.weebly.com/about.html)
The article was written by a project engineer on the project. Please let me know if the sole fact that the reviews was written via World Press make the article/review unreliable. Ugochu (talk) 15:57, 10 September 2023 (UTC)Reply
I am not talking about everything that is included in the article. I am talking only about the link from WordPress that you have added. Others seem to be ok. Haoreima (talk) 17:23, 10 September 2023 (UTC)Reply
