Please, with all due respect, We have no idea what happened for us to be blocked. We are a team at the University of Ghana Medical Centre and the email address we used to register is a corporate email address. Any member of the team with access has permission to edit or work on our Wikipedia page. We believe this may be due to the fact that we logged to work on the page from two locations at different times. And so it might have sensed suspicious action. We will be glad if you can help us unblock to enable us post vital content which our patrons will benefit in the season of great need where many are looking up to the hospital. Thank you. Do we have to change our username? or provide further evidence that we are the University of Ghana Medical Centre. It's a bit unclear what steps we ought to take. This Wikipedia page is being created for an institution and not for personal use. The page will be edited not only by one user. It is not shared but may be edited by others in the team. I won't decline this most current request since I declined the previous one, however, were it not for that fact I would. You say "then this account will be used, run and managed by one person" and then immediately used the pronoun "we" three successive times to indicate that a group would be making decisions regarding the account. - I concede that the use of the pronouns was incorrect. The truth is that I least expected that it was going to be this hard setting up the account. I also feel i am getting a conflicting response; first from Yamla, that i cannot write about the University of Ghana Medical Centre and now, decisions with regards to what i can write can only come from me. well, these are your policies and i will have to adhere to them. - I'm not sure there's anything in conflict. To clarify, you will (a) need to propose a new username, (b) commit to only using this account as an individual, and (c) indicate you understand that you cannot write about the University of Ghana Medical Centre.
