Thoughts about Intel Chipset

My lenovo K900 runs on the Intel’s Clover Trail+ X86 Atom Z2580 MIPS processor, a dual core chip with 1M Cache Supporting multi threading with clock speeds ranging from 900MHz up to 2.0 GHz (Peak Burst speed). Intel’s Hyper-Threading Technology uses processor resources more efficiently, enabling multiple threads to run on each core. As a performance feature, Intel HT Technology also increases processor throughput, improving overall performance on threaded software.

K900 GPU is PowerVR SGX544 operating at 400-533Mhz Clock speeds. After running the AnTuTu 3D benchmark test it looks like GPU performance in 3D Graphics is better compared to Hardware such as Rockchip’s RK3188 Solution running with Mali-400 Quad Core GPU. Results showed a better score in favor of Intel’s solution, About 150-200% difference in frame rate.

Any idea why such a successful hardware specs fail to gain high market ?

Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to List of Xiaomi products. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include, but are not limited to, links to personal websites, links to websites with which you are affiliated (whether as a link in article text, or a citation in an article), and links that attract visitors to a website or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the page, please discuss it on the associated talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. —Bruce1eetalk 17:14, 22 February 2024 (UTC)Reply
