Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited List of contemporary ethnic groups, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Boyacá, Cundinamarca and Evenkia (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Musi people moved to draftspace

edit

An article you recently created, Musi people, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Praxidicae (talk) 15:26, 31 October 2018 (UTC)Reply

Additionally consider this a warning for your continual moving of pages without any discussion (and I'll note that these pages are subject to sanctions, so you really need to discuss this stuff.) Praxidicae (talk) 15:37, 31 October 2018 (UTC)Reply

Changing the names of articles

edit

Hi. I've noticed that you have recently made changes to the names of Kelantanese Malay people and Terengganuan Malay people. Please discuss it in the Talk:Kelantanese Malay people#Article title section for similar case before making a drastic change to the name of the article. -Jeblat (talk) 18:43, 6 February 2019 (UTC)Reply

List of contemporary ethnic groups

Hello! Good to see you back! It was kind of getting lonely around here. I see you tried to give the Enga speakers their own ethnic article. Nice! Rjrya395 (talk) 07:09, 7 February 2019 (UTC)Reply

Info

edit

Hello Tyronqe7!

As you might have noticed, there is and was a lot of controversy about many sections of the List of active separatist movements in Europe, so I had to report it on the Administrators' noticeboard. Since I mentioned you together with some other users, I am required to notify the users that are mentioned, so with this first paragraph, I wanted to inform you about it.

Also, please be careful with distinguishing ethnic nationalism and separatism or secessionism. ([1]) It is possible that there might be smaller movements, but just because a smaller/or larger minority group exists in a nation, it does not automatically mean that they demand separation from their country. In many cases, minorities do not demand any secession, but some groups might demand a larger autonomy. That is why the verification of those statements is so important on Wikipedia. The same goes for images and maps. Wikipedia articles should be based on reliable, published sources and not on random websites, social media pages ([2]) or blogs.

One of the most important of all rules on Wikipedia is, that: all encyclopedic content on Wikipedia must be written from a neutral point of view, see: WP:NPOV. This is also one of Wikipedia's five pillars, see: WP:5P2. Editors' personal experiences, interpretations, or opinions do not belong.

I also kindly ask you to check out following pages aswell: WP:AGF, WP:SOURCE, WP:RS, WP:V and WP:FRNG.

Best regards, Koreanovsky (talk) 13:08, 19 January 2020 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of Kutai zone

edit

The article Kutai zone has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Topic already covered at East Kalimantan#Administrative divisions article

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.

This bot DID NOT nominate any of your contributions for deletion; please refer to the history of each individual page for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 10:01, 12 February 2024 (UTC)Reply
