Your only warning

edit

Tyrobben, this is your first and only warning. Your brief time at Wikipedia has been very disruptive, and you've violated a number of policies in your time here. Your actions are enough to have you blocked but I will give you one more chance to contribute productively to Wikipedia.

To start with, you have engaged in an edit war. This occurs when someone disputes the information you try to insert into an article, and instead of responding to the person (usually by engaging in discussion on the article's talk page) you reinsert the information into the article. You've done this multiple times, and it's not allowed.

Secondly, you've engaged in what we call sock-puppetry. Editors are allowed one and only one account. Only under very limited circumstances are multiple accounts allowed. Under no circumstances are you allowed to edit with undisclosed alternate accounts on the same article in the middle of an edit war. I've indefinitely blocked your second account. Stick to this account, and only this account.

If you wish to contribute to Wikipedia, and want to see the Catherine Cortez Masto article updated with the information you want to include, do not reinsert the information you've been trying to add. That will only continue the edit war. Instead, go to the talk page of the article and make your claim there. If you are polite and are willing to discuss things reasonably with other editors you might convince them that your information will improve the article. If nothing else, you might be able to compromise and add at least some of the information, properly sourced. If the information is not at all appropriate for the article, your fellow editors should help you understand why.

If you continue editing in the manner that you have been, it's likely that the changes you want to implement will never be included and that your ability to edit Wikipedia will be permanently revoked. I hope you give consideration to my advice. Thank you. -- Atama 16:42, 29 March 2012 (UTC)Reply

Since you've decided to continue the edit war with yet another sockpuppet, I have no choice but to block you. You've lost whatever chance you might have had to add that information to the article. -- Atama 15:29, 30 March 2012 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for persistent sock-puppetry engaging in an edit war at a biography of a living person. If you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.
