It is to say that in contrast to the 10% LibreOffice received 100% of the improvements that OpenOffice did in the same period.
That is what I had tried to convey by (before you reverted) expanding the quote to: "OpenOffice received some of the improvements LibreOffice did, but I didn't see any in OpenOffice that didn't end up in LibreOffice too; ... OpenOffice received about 10% of the improvements LibreOffice did in the period of time studied."
