Double check your edits

edit

A recent edit you made to Anime badly broke the code, mashing several sections of it into the references. I can't figure out exactly what you did or how to fix it, but please use the preview button when making major edits to make sure nothing like this happens. Request for assessment

edit

The article needs considerably more work to meet Start class. Some of the general requirements for a Start-Class film article can be found in the Film banner on the article's talk page, under the heading "Improving this article". Tales of the Night

edit

I just read the article Tales of the Night, for which you wrote most of the content, and I just want to say how pleasantly surprised I was to see a relatively short article that is so thoroughly sourced and also informative and to-the-point. Thanks! -- Black Falcon (talk) 20:04, 9 March 2010 (UTC)Reply

DYK for Yōji Kuri

edit
On March 17, 2010, Did you know? was updated with a fact from the article Yōji Kuri, which you created or substantially expanded. You are welcome to check how many hits your article got while on the front page (here's how, quick check ) and add it to DYKSTATS if it got over 5,000. If you know of another interesting fact from a recently created article, then please suggest it on the Did you know? talk page.

License tagging for File:In the Pool cover.jpg

edit

Thanks for uploading File:In the Pool cover.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.

For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 18:06, 14 January 2011 (UTC)Reply

Doing so helps everyone understand the intention of your edit (and prevents legitimate edits from being mistaken for vandalism). It is also helpful to users reading the edit history of the page. Ramayana: The Legend of Prince Rama

edit

With this edit (from long ago) you inserted

"Matchless Gifts". Matchless-Gifts.com. 2007. Retrieved 2008-10-15.

as a source. I don’t find any mention of the film at the cited page, and even if it was there, the page doesn’t seem to be a reliable source. —teb728 t c 09:30, 4 December 2011 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom elections are now open!

edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
