- As far as I can see, User Truthis2020's comment on Africa is related to improving the article - it does not even mention the term "poverty" in the lead.

- My notification here was not about the IP user's constructive suggestion regarding poverty. It was about Truthis2020's comment in another section; that was definitely a rant. Check the page history and diffs. Haploidavey (talk) 22:55, 8 April 2017 (UTC)
