March 2017 edit

Welcome to Wikipedia and thank you for your contributions. I am glad to see that you are discussing a topic. However, as a general rule, talk pages such as Talk:Africa are for discussion related to improving the article, not general discussion about the topic or unrelated topics. If you have specific questions about certain topics, consider visiting our reference desk and asking them there instead of on article talk pages. Thank you. As far as I can see, User Truthis2020's comment on Africa is related to improving the article - it does not even mention the term "poverty" in the lead.
In addition, it is attempted to prevent other facts from being mentioned: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?

My notification here was not about the IP user's constructive suggestion regarding poverty. It was about Truthis2020's comment in another section; that was definitely a rant. Check the page history and diffs. Haploidavey (talk) 22:55, 8 April 2017 (UTC)Reply
By the way, are you (the IP who posted above and at the Africa talk page today) the same editor as Truthis2020? I ask because someone using the same IP restored and signed Truthis2020's post at the same talk page. If you are one the same, please use just one account.
