• Even if you cite something, you cannot and I repeat CANNOT post copyrighted text on Wikipedia. The only way to post the material is if the copyright holder were to file a ticket through WP:ORTS that would give Wikipedia permission. Even then the material would have to be re-written in order to fit Wikipedia's WP:NPOV policy. Tokyogirl79 (｡◕‿◕｡) 05:22, 3 May 2015 (UTC)
• I'm also having trouble finding where Fetters has been covered in independent and reliable sources per WP:RS. Has his work ever been covered in places like newspapers or review outlets like Publishers Weekly or Tor.com? Just existing as a writer isn't enough to show notability- you have to show notability via coverage. The article asserts that he's won awards but does not state which ones- you may want to look into that since those may be able to give notability if you can source them. However be careful, as not all awards are considered to be notable as far as Wikipedia is concerned. In any case, please do not repost the copyrighted material.
