Hello, I'm Zackmann08. Thank you for your recent contributions to LEAF where you stand. I noticed that when you added the image to the infobox, you added it as a thumbnail. In the future, please do not use thumbnails when adding images to an infobox (see WP:INFOBOXIMAGE). What does this mean? Well in the infobox, when you specify the image you wish to use, instead of doing it like this:

|image=[[File:SomeImage.jpg|thumb|Some image caption]]

Instead just supply the name of the image. So in this case you can simply do:

|image=SomeImage.jpg.

There will then be a separate parameter for the image caption such as |caption=Some image caption. Please note that this is a generic form message I am leaving on your page because you recently added a thumbnail to an infobox. The specific parameters for the image and caption may be different for the infobox you are using! Please consult the Template page for the infobox being used to see better documentation. Thanks! @Zackmann08: Dear Zackmann08 | Please tell me now how I must write down the movement of the NGO TECHO, which results in South America more pronounced than TOMS shoes, according to Wikipedia policy. In South America may be we do not have as many houses and families with internet as the rest of the world, but this business model start changing our way of looking at thinks. I beg you give us a hand, take away all the stuff you think could be publicity to a brand. But remember LEAF may look like a brand but is only a path for TECHO NGO to make possible next winter over 30K children wont suffer or even die in Argentina. All the data is around the web, dont let my Inexperience in putting this together let you see beyond the tree. We are talking not of publicity, but lives, children, people. Not numbers. Help me to clean it up, making this article Wikipedia suitable.

Thanks

Ps: I read https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:What_Wikipedia_is_not#Wikipedia_is_not_a_soapbox_or_means_of_promotion , the truth is that we are right know change peoples lives, Its difficult to be TECHO, LEAF, and help at the same time, we are making houses with our hands. Theres no publicity, publicity is when you tell about something like a company, this is a movement from an NGO this is awareness.

@Zackmann08: As you can see theres no comercial purpose, http://www.investmentweek.co.uk/investment-week/news/2477718/winners-of-the-sustainable-investment-awards-revealed

@Zackmann08: There are 4 of 28 reference from the LEAF website Does those look like publicity? If so I will delete them. Or be my guest to do so. I thought they were correct because thats not a comercial website. May be it was my mistake as I wrote down the oficial website wrong, I already correct my mistake. LEAF as a Brand (as well as TOMS) have its commercial website under the address www.shop-leaf.com Thanks

Dear :::@Zackmann08: I recently do remove the AfD message of the LEAF WHERE YOU STAND article. After I read the " the guide to deletion" that said that the review will last for seven days. After that period of time it will be keep automatically . :-) > Trinidad Marie]] (Talk to me/What I been doing) 06:11, 30 November 2016 (UTC) Therefore I do remove this AfD message understanding that the issue is already settled Trinidad Marie (talk) 17:20, 30 November 2016 (UTC)Reply

Please do not remove Articles for deletion notices from articles or remove other people's comments in Articles for deletion pages, as you did with LEAF where you stand. Doing so won't stop the discussion from taking place. You are, however, welcome to comment about the proposed deletion on the appropriate page. Thank you. Your messages are not making sense and are in such broken English that I am not really understanding them. This is very simple though, DO NOT remove the template until an admin closes the WP:AFD discussion. When the discussion is closed, the template will be removed by an admin, do not do it yourself. It is a violation of policy. --Zackmann08 (Talk to me/What I been doing) 17:23, 30 November 2016 (UTC)Reply

@Zackmann08: You really make me feel discriminated, with your comment about my English. "Your messages are not making sense and are in such broken English that I am not really understanding them" ???? Perhaps in your country a lady is not respected, but here if we do. You made me cry unnecessarily.--Trinidad Marie

You can take it as a personal attack if you want but that is a completely failure to WP:AGF. I am simply saying that your broken English makes it very difficult to understand you. If that seriously made you cry that you have some serious issues you need to workout and are way too thin skinned. --Zackmann08 (Talk to me/What I been doing) 17:32, 30 November 2016 (UTC)Reply

@Zackmann08: You really think that telling me "If that seriously made you cry that you have some serious issues you need to workout and are way too thin skinned." is theThe Right Way and empathy to proceed ???? forgive me if I feel that now you're also teasing me.--Trinidad Marie

Stop copying and pasting this discussion on the WP:AFD. It has no relevance to the discussion there. It is plenty visible here. If you are just trying to draw attention to it, you are doing it the wrong way and it is pointless. This is not a personal attack nor am I teasing you. --Zackmann08 (Talk to me/What I been doing) 17:40, 30 November 2016 (UTC)Reply

You scared me, I dont know where to write down my notes thats why i put them there too. I´m working really hard to gather all the info from the NGO its not easy, its not a company people working all around latin america on TECHO are pro bono. And now you scared me, make feel insignificant. I do whant to hel Wikipedia, and the Complete Quality Cycle as a new model of working. I made mistakes but I do not deserve such bad treatment. Dont know to whom should I speak about this =((( .--Trinidad Marie
You are not getting bad treatment!!! Holy cow you are so over dramatic! --Zackmann08 (Talk to me/What I been doing) 17:58, 30 November 2016 (UTC)Reply

@Zackmann08: All objective theory is eliminated by @Zackmann08: Leaving only the practical case. The article ceases to make sense. is this on purpose? --Trinidad Marie

@Zackmann08: How can you say @Zackmann08: "You are not getting bad treatment!!! Holy cow you are so over dramatic!" when you delete all the complete quality Cycle Theory?? without that info the article speaks just about a brand. The hole idea gets destroyed --Trinidad Marie

You are continuing to prove my point about you incomprehensible English.... "the hole idea gets destroyed" does not make sense. Not to mention this cycle theory is not encyclopedic. Anyway, you are clearly WP:NOTHERE and I'm done responding to your overdramatic rants. Take care. --Zackmann08 (Talk to me/What I been doing) 18:13, 30 November 2016 (UTC)Reply

Your recent editing history at LEAF where you stand shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. ~Oshwah~(talk) (contribs) 19:49, 30 November 2016 (UTC)Reply
