Your submission at Articles for creation edit

I noticed your submission in Articles for creation, Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Kidz in the Kitchen. Thanks! It will be reviewed by a volunteer soon.

Before it can be added to Wikipedia, your submission should have references. All articles on Wikipedia should have inline, numbered references after facts, showing the 'reliable source' (a newspaper, book, etc.) where the information can be checked, so that all information is verifiable.

Here's a video tutorial - hit play, then right-click for "full screen".

Here's an example of how to add references:

Chzz is 98 years old.<ref> "The book of Chzz", Aardvark Books, 2009. </ref>

He likes tea.<ref> Smith, John. "[http://foonews.com/Article42 Interview with Chzz]", Foo News, 1 April 2010. Retrieved 2011-05-22. </ref>

== References ==

{{reflist}}

That makes the references automatically display as small numbers[1] which will link to the details in the section titled == References == at the end. You can see that example in action here.

Please add references to your submission, which will be reviewed as soon as possible. See also, Wikipedia:Referencing for beginners. If you need any help, just put {{helpme}} at the end of this page, followed by a question or get into our live help chat chanel at #wikipedia-en-help connect.

Speedy deletion nomination of SUADE edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on SUADE requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person, organization (band, club, company, etc.) or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. →Στc. 06:25, 6 May 2012 (UTC)Reply

Your recent edits edit

  Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button (  or  ) located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 20:05, 1 July 2013 (UTC)Reply

Managing a conflict of interest edit

  Hello, Tricia Ziemer. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on the page Eastern Newsbeat, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:

In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.

Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. LilianaUwU (talk / contributions) 04:15, 25 July 2023 (UTC)Reply

You really shouldn't edit Eastern Newsbeat, by the way. LilianaUwU (talk / contributions) 04:51, 25 July 2023 (UTC)Reply
Hi Lillana, Hope you got my longer email? This is part of my job on the committee. How else do I effect changes?
I am trying to take out fake information and you have deleted the fake info ...thank you but also real tv shows that we have produced over the last twenty years that are citied. Can you make the edits for me? I am not an expert in wiki. Can you leave my last edit? Or match that edit? Tricia Ziemer (talk) 04:58, 25 July 2023 (UTC)Reply
Editors with a conflict of interest usually have big neutral point of view issues with their writing and don't realize it. Because of this, we strongly encourage you to use {{edit COI}} on the talk page of the article, which will ask a more experienced editor to make the edit for you (giving them a chance to check it). There's more info at WP:COI. Hope this helps. –Novem Linguae (talk) 05:02, 25 July 2023 (UTC)Reply
Oh, I just noticed the email (sorry, I've turned off notifications and rarely check them). Yeah, your edit request seems reasonable, as that part is completely unsourced. I gotta admit, I'm not very experienced in handling conflicts of interest, hence my sloppy edits. LilianaUwU (talk / contributions) 05:07, 25 July 2023 (UTC)Reply
Thank you...it is perfect now. Gosh, I wish someone else in the committee could do this.
Hopefully no more edits for years. I think I need to turn on some sort of notification about "additions". And how do I source who was allowed to put this false information with no citation. I tried looking at "old" edits but only found edits by now non-existent names? Thanks so much. What is your transgender. My son has just finished and so happy within himself and our family. Hard road but so proud of him and us. Tricia Ziemer (talk) 05:12, 25 July 2023 (UTC)Reply

  • If your editing is part of your job, you must make the stricter paid editing disclosure, a Terms of Use requirement if applicable. 331dot (talk) 09:28, 25 July 2023 (UTC)Reply
