Suggestion

edit

Topchen, I would suggest getting a bit more experience in Wikipedia editing, getting an idea why pages are deleted, reliable sourcing etc, and then re-editing your page to be more in line with an encyclopedic article.

I've always thought that it is a mistake for a new editors first edit to be the creation of a new page. That's just my personal point of view (POV), but I edited as an IP editor for years before starting a new page myself.

I've only had a quick scan of the version the page in your sandbox, but it seems far less 'promotional' than most that I've seen, and personally nominated, for deletion. So spend some time editing pages that are of interest to you, and it would seem you have interest in and knowledge of Tibet, so that may be a good a good place to begin. Just remember to maintain a neutral point of view. Regards, 220 of Borg 08:25, 4 September 2014 (UTC)Reply

Empowering the vision project

edit

Hi. I've moved the article back from main space to your sandbox because it clearly isn't ready. Please have a look at Wikipedia:Citing sources and note that references are not references unless they actually mention the topic of the article. The "References" you have included in the latest version mostly do not mention your project and cannot therefore be used to support statements within the article. Your draft article, Draft:Empowering the Vision Project

edit

Hello, Topchen. It has been over six months since you last edited your WP:AFC draft article submission, entitled "Empowering the Vision Project".

The page will shortly be deleted. If you plan on editing the page to address the issues raised when it was declined and resubmit it, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}} or {{db-g13}} code. Please note that Articles for Creation is not for indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you want to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by one of two methods (don't do both): 1) follow the instructions at WP:REFUND/G13, or 2) copy this code: {{subst:Refund/G13|Draft:Empowering the Vision Project}}, paste it in the edit box at this link, and click "Save page". An administrator will in most cases undelete the submission.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. HasteurBot (talk) 16:00, 26 May 2015 (UTC)Reply
