Vietnamese government sources regarding the Vietnam War are highly questionable veering into WP:PROPAGANDA and sometimes WP:HOAX and so cannot be assumed to be WP:RS. If you wish to make major changes to Vietnam War pages based solely on Vietnamese government sources as you did on Battle of Thượng Đức you should raise these on the relevant talk page first before making changes that will probably be reverted.
