Hey. You got there just before me reverting this :) I hate edit conflicts! Oliver Fury, Esq. message • contributions 22:24, 12 July 2009 (UTC)Reply

Yeah, I nearly left it for someone else. Would've been helpful if they'd provided a reason for their deletion but you can't even contact an unregistered member. You're a big contributer to the Bucks project and Wycombe page. Any big plans for improving it? I'll help where I can. TomorrowsDream (talk) 08:39, 14 July 2009 (UTC)Reply
I did plan on re-writing the High Wycombe article, and I got as far as copying it to my userspace and blanking it, ready for a re-write here when I gave up. There's a lot of junk in the current article, but we'd need lots of references to suppport some of the stuff in there. But if I do try to do anything, I'll tell you. Cheers. Hi there T.DREAM, VASCO from Portugal here,

about this players, i (first of all) would like to present my apologies in the summaries, i tend - for no apparent reason - to get a little hysterical when i see stuff out of the ordinary. Please accept my apologies if you felt in any way offended.

About the technical stuff: i removed SOCCERBASE.COM because i feel that that site is very incomplete for non-English players (English leagues that is), so it's not very notable. To have it both as LINK and REF (that web source or any other) is quite redundant, i feel it should be one or the other thing, not both. I have made some further adjustments after your reversions, please let me know your views.

Again, sorry for any incovenience on my part, keep up the good work - --Vasco Amaral (talk) 17:19, 18 October 2010 (UTC)Reply

Categories

edit

Hi there DREAM, VASCO here,

I know you will not answer me (have no idea why!), but if you understand the contents of this message it will be enough: as you did in Alhassane Keita, please do not remove X or Y categories just because X or Y footballer has changed clubs/countries. The categories, once a footballer (and not only footballers) has become "eligible" for them, are PERMANENT.

Please respect other people's work, have a nice weekend, from Portugal - --Vasco Amaral (talk) 19:57, 28 January 2011 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom elections are now open!

edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
