Slow Food:

The article is written very well with a few minor grammar and spelling errors. Some of the facts need citations, but other than that, all the websites and sources are valid.

I did have some questions after reading this article: 1. Why did Slow Food USA start in San Fransisco? 2. Were they ever successful with expanding their organization to larger cities such as Los Angeles or New York? 3. How successful was Slow Food USA and what is the progress today? (2017) 4. Did Americans take to the idea of "slow food" in today's society?
