I suggest you take a look at WP:BOT and Wikipedia:Creating a bot. I would advise NOT to run a bot through your account but create a separate account to run it through. But first, you should read up on those guides I linked. They should answer all questions. If you still have questions, I suggest to ask at the talk pages related to bot running on Wikipedia. Not sure why I've been accused of block evasion, no other reason's been given. And, I've made no purposely unconstructive edits or things that could be taken as vandalism to start with.

I still don't know why I've been accused. Even if this was his sock, it can't be called a sockpuppet, because a sockpuppet is an account used maliciously. This account doesn't have any unconstructive edits.

It is me, but I have already said and cannot stress enough that no unconstructive edits have been made with this account, therefore it is not a sockpuppet. Also, can someone tag my userpage with the appropriate block template, please?

(my decline text, EC with above) The problem is that there is a block against your first account, and you have compounded any problems you initially were blocked for by evading that block with additional accounts. Regardless of anything else, your most recent violation is to evade your block. If you intend to edit constructively, you need to request an unblocking at the very first account that was blocked. You also, in that request, need to "come clean" with a full listing of all alternative accounts you have used. That would be a start. Creating new accounts is still a violation while your first account is still under block. — Jayron32.talk.contribs 18:22, 21 October 2008 (UTC)
