Neelix

Obviously up to you, but would you consider stopping nominating Neelix's redirects individually for deletion, at least until the discussions regarding whether they're to be bulk-deleted are concluded? There are literally tens of thousands of them, and doing them one at a time will swamp RFD. Plus, if the first thing he sees when he returns is a talkpage full of dozens of XFD messages, regardless of the intent he'll likely see it as kicking him while he's already down, and potentially discourage him from cooperating with the cleanup or participating in the Arbcom case. ‑ iridescent 09:16, 7 November 2015 (UTC)

I'll give it a rest for now pending some conclusions at ANI/ArbCom, but I do think our community processes are the right way to sort these out. I certainly don't have any intention to "kick him while he's already down", but plenty of these redirects do have issues—a few of them I've nominated have WP:POV issues, which I think are quite concerning. —Tom Morris (talk) 09:22, 7 November 2015 (UTC)
You don't have to tell me—I unilaterally deleted a couple of hundred of the worst offenders—but the sheer scale of it is going to swamp his talkpage. Just deleting the pointless redirects to this one tiny sub-stub is more than RFD normally handles in a week, and then multiply that by a few thousand. ‑ iridescent 09:26, 7 November 2015 (UTC)
