Date of birth edit

Per WP:BLP: Wikipedia includes full names and dates of birth that have been widely published by reliable sources, or by sources linked to the subject such that it may reasonably be inferred that the subject does not object to the details being made public. Do not add a date of birth to an article without a reliable source. Please revert your edit to Katrina Velarde until you can cite a reliable published source for that information. Schazjmd (talk) 16:01, 31 March 2021 (UTC)Reply

Since you seem to have stopped editing for the day, I'm removing the unsourced information. Please do not add it back to the article without a reliable source. Schazjmd (talk) 17:40, 31 March 2021 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of Twitter Space Philippines edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Twitter Space Philippines requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from https://villagepipol.com/twitter-spaces-is-now-a-go-to-online-hangout-for-filipino-creators/ and https://www.zeebiz.com/technology/news-twitter-spaces-live-audio-conversations-on-twitter-is-a-reality-now-all-you-need-to-know-to-get-started-159271. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. –Novem Linguae (talk) 02:49, 15 July 2021 (UTC)Reply

September 2021 edit

This is your only warning; if you make personal attacks on others again, as you did at User:Aj1998, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Comment on content, not on other contributors or people. Eostrix  (🦉 hoot hoot🦉) 17:25, 23 September 2021 (UTC)Reply

Your recent editing history at Philippines women's national volleyball team shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See the bold, revert, discuss cycle for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you do not violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. The Voice Space Season 2 moved to draftspace edit

An article you recently created, The Voice Space Season 2, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page.   Hello, I'm Engr. Smitty. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Alyssa Valdez, but you didn't provide a reliable source. Katrina Velarde edit

Where in the sources you provided does it say that Velarde was called "Asia's Vocal Supreme" after her performance at Expo City Dubai? Additionally, these references ([1] and [2]) were published in 2021, and her performance took place in 2022 (stated here), which seems inconsistent with when she was called Asia’s Vocal Supreme. -- Doclys👨‍⚕️👩‍⚕️ 🩺💉 16:44, 24 February 2024 (UTC)Reply

Please refer to this link of the said event as they introduced Katrina Velarde with her title "Asia's Vocal Supreme" on their screen. https://youtube.com/watch?v=7trzVW06SEA&si=bdFXaX9-zIKF2VWo Toffinut (talk) 16:52, 24 February 2024 (UTC)Reply
So, where in the source you provided does Velarde called "Asia's Vocal Supreme"??? Also, please see Wikipedia:Video links.-- Doclys👨‍⚕️👩‍⚕️ 🩺💉 16:59, 24 February 2024 (UTC)Reply
Can you also provide a source that Morissette called "Asia's Phoenix" during her performance at the Asia Song Festival in South Korea? Toffinut (talk) 17:03, 24 February 2024 (UTC)Reply
Here [3]. -- Doclys👨‍⚕️👩‍⚕️ 🩺💉 17:06, 24 February 2024 (UTC)Reply
The link that you provided was just from a page without enough and legit references. Please provide an exact reference during her performance at the Asia Song Festival where they introduce Morissette as "Asia's Phoenix". Just like how Katrina Velarde introduced at the Dubai Expo with her title as "Asia's Vocal Supreme" on their screen. Toffinut (talk) 17:13, 24 February 2024 (UTC)Reply
Furthermore, the paragraph you just edited appears to be directly copied from Morissette's page. -- Doclys👨‍⚕️👩‍⚕️ 🩺💉 16:53, 24 February 2024 (UTC)Reply
It wasn’t copied from Morissette's page because they have a different pronouns. It seems like you are just doing a vandalism. Toffinut (talk) 16:56, 24 February 2024 (UTC)Reply
I would like to inform you that you are currently engaged in an edit war (Wikipedia:3RR). -- Doclys👨‍⚕️👩‍⚕️ 🩺💉 17:17, 24 February 2024 (UTC)Reply

I would like to inform you that you are currently engaged in an edit war (Wikipedia:3RR). Toffinut (talk) 17:25, 24 February 2024 (UTC)Reply
A lot of articles and news are referring to Katrina Velarde as "Asia's Vocal Supreme". Please refer to this legit link https://philstarlife.com/geeky/849523-new-year-countdown-in-metro-manila-2024?page=5 as an example. Toffinut (talk) 17:08, 24 February 2024 (UTC)Reply
Yes, that is her moniker. However, I was asking where in the sources you provided it is stated that she was called "Asia's Vocal Supreme" AFTER her performance at Expo Dubai. -- Doclys👨‍⚕️👩‍⚕️ 🩺💉 17:10, 24 February 2024 (UTC)Reply
Same as yours, that was also Katrina Velarde's moniker. I was asking if you can provide a link where Asia Song Festival introduced Morissette as "Asia's Phoenix" before she performed? Toffinut (talk) 17:15, 24 February 2024 (UTC)Reply
