Username

I'd strongly suggest that you change your username; Wikipedia discourages editors from editing under the name of an organization, as it implies that you are an official representative, something we can't easily verify. It's clear that you edited under a previous account and were blocked. Given that you were posting unverified information alleging criminal activities by individuals, and even posting their pictures, I'd have blocked you too, and block evasion is frowned upon, to say the least. I'm willing to consider that you have learned that we have to have these policies to protect individuals in an anonymous editing environment, and that we enforce them rigorously. See WP:CHU.
