How do I get my article converted from a draft into an actual article?

The normal way to do this at articles for creation is to click on the "submit for review" button when one is present. Your draft does not have one, so you would instead add the text {{subst:submit}} which has the same effect as clicking the button. This puts the draft on a pile of drafts waiting to be reviewed. I'm afraid the review process is fairly unpredictable - sometimes you'll get a review promptly and sometimes it can take months. — jmcgnh(talk) (contribs) 01:50, 16 January 2020 (UTC)Reply
