July 2019 edit

Your account has been blocked from editing Wikipedia with this username. This is because your username, TkwikihelperUS, does not meet our username policy.
Your username is the only reason for this block. You are welcome to choose a new username (see below) and continue editing.
A username should not be promotional, related to a "real-world" group or organization, misleading, offensive or disruptive. Also, usernames may not end in the word "bot" unless the account is an approved bot account.
You are encouraged to choose a new account name that meets our policy guidelines and create the account yourself. Alternatively, if you have already made edits and you wish to keep your existing contributions under a new name, then you may request a change in username by:
  1. Adding {{unblock-un|your new username here}} below. You should be able to do this even though you are blocked, as you can usually still edit your own talk page. If not, you may wish to contact the blocking administrator by clicking on "Email this user" on their talk page.
  2. At an administrator's discretion, you may be unblocked for 24 hours to file a request.
  3. Please note that you may only request a name that is not already in use, so please check here for a listing of already taken names. The account is created upon acceptance, thus do not try to create the new account before making the request for a name change. For more information, please see Wikipedia:Changing username.
If you think that you were blocked in error, you may appeal this block by adding {{unblock|Your reason here}} below this notice, but you should read our guide to appealing blocks first.
I am sorry, but you cannot transform a group account to an individual account just by adding US to the username. There are, after all, about 300 million people in the US. Please choose a username that is unambiguously for a single individual. Cullen328 Let's discuss it 05:57, 17 July 2019 (UTC)Reply
Dear Cullen,
Thank you for taking the time to review new Wikipedia accounts. Is there any chance we could discuss this block? I can provide two reasons in my defense.
1. If you look back at the details, you will see that the group account was for three people in three different countries. Thus adding US was (I thought) precisely the way to make it clear this was a single individual account.
2. Choosing a username that appears to be unambiguously for a single individual does not guarantee that it is for a single individual, so that doesn't seem (to me) like a critical aspect of the new account, anyway.
Thank you again for your time. TkwikihelperUS (talk) 12:48, 18 July 2019 (UTC)Reply
You previously edited under a group account which is contrary to policy. As I previously explained, adding "USA" to the group account does not credibly transform it into an individual account. Additionally, you have used an IP address to evade your block and leave a message on my talk page. That is another policy violation.
If you want to be unblocked, then you must select a new username that has nothing whatsoever to do with Tkwikihelper. I hope this is clear. Cullen328 Let's discuss it 23:24, 19 July 2019 (UTC)Reply
