Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Image:CBMlogo white.gif, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Image:CBMlogo white.gif is an image licensed as "for non-commercial use only" or "used with permission for use on Wikipedia only" which was either uploaded on or after 2005-05-19 or is not used in any articles (CSD I3).

If you created this media file and want to use it on Wikipedia, you may re-upload it (or amend the image description if it has not yet been deleted) and use the license {{GFDL-self}} to license it under the GFDL, or {{cc-by-sa-2.5}} to license it under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike license, or use {{PD-self}} to release it into the public domain.

If you did not create this media file but want to use it on Wikipedia, there are two ways to proceed. First, you may choose one of the fair use tags from this list if you believe one of those fair use rationales applies to this file. Second, you may want to contact the copyright holder and request that they make the media available under a free license.

If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. This bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion, it did not nominate Image:CBMlogo white.gif itself. Feel free to leave a message on the bot operator's talk page if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot. If you have any questions about what to do next or why your image was nominated for speedy deletion please ask at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Charazay

edit

I assume you are referring to the Charazay page? If so, it was tagged as not making any assertion of notability and I deleted it per this tagging. I didn't see any claim of notability, nor did I see any evidence that this website meets our website notability criteria. If you feel that this website is notable per our guidelines, please demonstrate how it meets the criteria on my talkpage and I will review it. Alternately you can take it to deletion review and have the community review the deletion.--Isotope23 20:56, 3 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

Can you point me to some links pertaining to the awards?--Isotope23 15:35, 9 July 2007 (UTC)Reply
The fact that it appears in other language wikis isn't really a factor; Wiki's generally are not useful for demonstrating notability because they are not a reliable source. I'll look at the award you sent me though and get back to you shortly.--Isotope23 17:03, 9 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

Orphaned non-free image (Image:CBMlogo white.gif)

edit

Thanks for uploading Image:CBMlogo white.gif. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 03:29, 4 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

edit

I have tagged Image:Charazay-Website.png as {{orphaned fairuse}}. In order for the image to be kept at Wikipedia, it must be included in at least one article. If this image is being used as a link target instead of displayed inline, please add {{not orphan}} to the image description page to prevent it being accidentally marked as orphaned again. Charazay Basketball Manager

edit

A {{prod}} template has been added to the article Charazay Basketball Manager, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice explains why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may contest the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. If you endorse deletion of the article, and you are the only person who has made substantial edits to the page, please tag it with {{db-author}}. McGeddon 19:53, 28 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

WP:WEB will tell you all you need to know. For a web site to merit a Wikipedia article, it either has to have been the subject of multiple, non-trivial published works (proper press reviews rather than trivial Internet-directory entries), or to have been the recipient of a significant industry award. --McGeddon 21:59, 28 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

Same deletion problem...

edit

Hi, I can understand your anger, I'm having the same problem with my game "Megaduel". They just removed it, despite there's plenty of other similar games not removed. I might ask the community of players to just try to write the page themselves. Good luck with Charazay, I know a few people that plays it :)
