Thank you, I will indeed become more familiar with your citation format. At the time I was only in posession of an unofficial transcript of the appeal proceedings and did not want to cite to the testimony that had not yet been officially transcribed and released.(TinkersDam (talk) 13:13, 8 August 2008 (UTC))
