Catalonia at ITN

Well, I have done my best. I am not an admin, so all I can do is bitch. Someone suggested ITR, which is a type of wikipedia chat. But I don't have an account for that. μηδείς (talk) 02:41, 16 September 2012 (UTC)Reply

Trolling the reference desk

edit

Quit it. Your September 11 question alone is enough to know you're either the only person alive who managed to find the reference desk before you found an actual article, or that you're clearly trolling. That plus your epic reference desk history is enough. If you do it again it may mean a block. This is enough. Shadowjams (talk) 11:09, 18 September 2012 (UTC)Reply

DYK reviews

edit

Thanks for your contributions, but when you review DYK articles, please make sure you are addressing all the necessary criteria in your review. There is a checklist when you open a DYK review page, there are more detailed instructions here. When you just add a tick and brief note like you have been doing, it delays nominations as other users looking for articles to review assume that a full review has already been carried out. See Template:Did you know nominations/Khan Dannun for an example of how you can show that you have been looking at the criteria when you do your review. As an aside, you don't need to review other articles yet to get your own nominations reviewed, you only have to do this when you have five or more credits of your own. You might also find it helpful to review these criteria for nominating your own articles. Toakai Teitoi for example is, among other issues, too short at present to pass for DYK. Finally, try and get more into the habit of signing comments and posts, particularly with the reviews, so people can quickly see who exactly has reviewed the article and can report any problems back to you.Benea (talk) 14:34, 20 September 2012 (UTC)Reply
