A note of basic history

edit

The Bible a collection of multiple texts, the Torah is just the first five books of the Bible. The Bible was compiled into a single canon in the early 4th century at latest (and that's ignoring the rather similar canons that were around before the first Council of Nicea such as those of Irenaeus or Origen, and completely skipping over the earlier establishment of the Hebrew Bible). The Quran was compiled in the mid 7th century at earliest, so, obviously the Bible could not have taken material from the Quran unless you believe either Uthman, Ali, or Constantine had a time machine. The "Korah" you mentioned about seems to only be a corruption of an outdated spelling of Quran (Koran).

Please actually learn about history before posting about it. Ian.thomson (talk) 14:21, 29 October 2014 (UTC)Reply
