Please use the talk page to discuss your edits to Maureen Dowd. You apparently restored an older revision/version of the article, including edits that have been extensively discussed on the talk page and unreferenced/poorly sourced edits that have been previously removed or do not belong in the article due to BLP concerns. Viriditas (talk) 05:26, 15 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

Upon closer inspection, it appears that you restored an old version from approximately one year ago, namely from 25 January 2009.[1] It also appears that you reverted to a version edited by an account named User:Down Home In Suntlay, which has only been used to edit this article. I would ask at this time that you refrain from reverting to old versions from one year ago and that you use the talk page to discuss your proposed edits in the future. Thanks. You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for repeated abuse of editing privileges. If you believe this block is unjustified, you may contest this block by adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here}} below, but you should read our guide to appealing blocks first. I've blocked you because you are abusing multiple accounts to carry on a year-old edit war for which you were then using a single-purpose account. Acroterion (talk) 12:42, 15 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

It's not fair!

Decline reason:

I am declining your request for unblock because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that

  • the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
  • the block is no longer necessary because you
    • understand what you have been blocked for,
    • will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
    • will make useful contributions instead.

Please read our guide to appealing blocks for more information. NW (Talk) 03:24, 17 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
