Speedy deletion nomination of Richard Chai

Hello. The reason is, there was absolutely no indication of notability and you also added this person's name to an existing list. Please review WP:BOLP to get a better idea of what needs to go into a biography. Individuals must meet a very high standard of notability. --PMDrive1061 (talk) 04:20, 13 September 2009 (UTC)

Based on a quick Google search of the name, he does in fact come back as quite notable, so I've restored the article and added a construction template. However, the article as it stands is still too short for inclusion since it's only two sentences and a couple of links.
