Hi,
The article is about HuffPost, not general censorship in Egypt. Because the content is not specific to HuffPost, but general censorship, and HuffPost was not specifically singled out in any way of the over 60 news websites censored, it should be included in an article like internet in Egypt and not the HuffPost article.
