Cite the GPS tracking info? edit

I've no doubt the bit about the tracking information coming from other agencies, but it needs to be verified. The current citation at the end of that paragraph only mentions the 5 tracking stations. Could you add another source citation? Thanks. - Davandron | Talk 23:13, 3 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

Done. Sorry, but i wasn't totally sure of the "openness" of the NGA association, so i was hedging my bets while trying to be informative that the GPS-owened MSs were not the sole provider of L-band data to the MCS.
