Blocked as a sockpuppet edit

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

What is this? I don't understand why I have been blocked. This is just wrong. I have done nothing which go against the rules and this comes out of the blue. A heads up before had been appreciated. The Horn Blower (talk) 23:00, 12 April 2013 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

This is a checkuser block, and this account is confirmed as one of ten accounts operated from your computer. The block will only be overturned by an admin with checkuser ability. --Anthony Bradbury"talk" 09:24, 13 April 2013 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

I have already done that. It seems my children and their friends have been using my computer. It doesn't say anything about what I, the Horn Blower, would have been doing wrong. In what way have I broken any rules? I also think it is unfair to block anyone without giving any previous notes about the accusations someone else might have.
