Why the deletion

Is there a reason why you deleted what I said on the talk page for Southern Poverty Law Center? People have said much worse. And that guy was asking for it. StarDust787 (talk) 03:16, 15 June 2011 (UTC)

Sorry, didn't realize that was someone else. I just saw that you were the last to comment so I assumed. Disregard my comment. StarDust787 (talk) 03:21, 15 June 2011 (UTC)

No problem. TFD (talk) 11:50, 15 June 2011 (UTC)

TLAM

MN/TLAM/whoever has made some interesting points now in a block review request. Did MN live in Wiltshire, as you imply? According to TLAM, MN's last known edit as an IP showed up as from Ilford, Essex; and TLAM geolocates to Reading, Berkshire (i.e. not the same area; in fact they are about 60 miles apart by road). Although there are behavioral similarities between TLAM and MN, the use of a particular browser that's also used, apparently, by a large proportion of Internet users just can't be taken seriously as evidence. I'm pretty sure in my gut that Nutley is TLAM. It's just that the blocking admin hasn't provided technical evidence that stands up to scrutiny, so it's all looking a bit smoke-and-mirrors. Surely a sock block for no better reason than that it's "not implausible" (the blocking admin's words) that the blockee is socking -- i.e. that it's merely a possibility -- is a highly questionable block. If so, admins should be held to a higher standard. Writegeist (talk) 20:41, 19 June 2011 (UTC)

Discussion of criteria on List of sovereign states

Thank you for your response! Could you answer either "yes" or "no" in the survey section? This is for the reference of participants to identify whether or not there is a problem with the arrangement of Kosovo in the list. Thanks, Nightw 16:52, 21 June 2011 (UTC)

Astrology Page

TFD

"It is of course possible to provide scientific analysis to the claims of astrology, but astrologists do not do that because no test could consistently show any connection between heavenly events and terrestial activity that could not be explained by existing science."

I am sorry not to give you a full response on the main astrology page, but it would be long, already done at least twice and I don't want to make the talk page a soap box unless it is relevant to the topic discussed. Essentially, I would like us to focus on improving the page as it needs improvement and too much time is wasted on side issues.

I am happy to respond here, if you have no objection. Robert Currey talk 12:55, 25 June 2011 (UTC)

apology for calling you a liar.

do you have a source for your claim Lew Rockwell supports ron paul because of nativist or conspiracist beliefs? Darkstar1st (talk) 17:52, 26 June 2011 (UTC)

Sockpuppets

Hi, I noticed you've filed a number of SPIs lately. I have lots of experience in hunting sockpuppets myself - if you need help or someone with whom to to share the burden of digging through contribs for evidence, I'd be happy to help. Email me if you're interested - it's better not to discuss all clues onwiki so that the puppetmasters won't learn how to evade everything. Nanobear (talk) 21:47, 27 June 2011 (UTC)
