The content you deleted was not Copyrighted, it was Free use as per the State of Texas. The content was Award Description and Award Criteria which have to be spelled out specifically and is not able to be copyrighted. Please learn the laws before deleting content. To be eligible for inclusion on Wikipedia, content must be licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 license, which requires permitting commercial redistribution of works submitted.
