e-mail Address edit

Hello Texas93, I noticed you placed your e-mail address in your user page. I usually don't think that's a very good idea, since it might increase spam in your inbox. Wikipedia has a feature (you can find it in "My Preferences > User Profile > E-mail") that allows users to contact you by e-mail without disclosing your e-mail address to the general public. Take care! Uirauna (talk) 03:53, 14 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

Non-free image on your userpage edit

Hello. I noticed that you had displayed File:WW2 Iwo Jima flag raising.jpg on your user page. That particular image is still under copyright, held by the Associated Press, and thus us not a free image. Wikipedias image use policies do not allow non-free images to be displayed anywhere but in the main article space, which means I had to remove it form your user page. The fair-use policy does not extend to userspace. Please see WP:Non-free content and WP:Removal of fair use images. Let me know if you have any questions. bahamut0013wordsdeeds 06:46, 21 May 2009 (UTC)Reply
