Hi Bob,

I strongly urge you to not edit your own article, but to raise concerns/corrections on the talk page Talk:Bob Day. See the Wikipedia guideline page WP:Autobiography. In any case, editing yourself is counterproductive - your changes, however reasonable, will just get reverted. Peter Ballard (talk) 00:44, 6 August 2008 (UTC)Reply

Hi Bob. Don't. WP:COI. Want to be the next polly-tick to make news headlines? I'm sure the Kim Carr staffer deeply regrets his involvement. Timeshift (talk) 02:04, 6 August 2008 (UTC)Reply

Hey Bob, if you want to withdraw your usurpation request, I will create the account BobDay for you as admins are exempt from the restriction on creating similar accounts and so I am able to create that account for you if you wish. Additionally, I would like to encourage you to stop editing the article directly and instead make suggestions on the talk page. If you have specific concerns about the page you can email me or any other administrator if you want to discuss it privately. Sarah 02:24, 6 August 2008 (UTC)Reply

Hi Bob, I've created the account for you. You should receive two emails - one from wiki@wikimedia.org which will contain your account details and a randomly generated password. Once you sign into the account for the first time, you will be prompted to change the password to something of your choice, but please be sure to use something uniques which only you know. The second email is from me and explains this information about your new account. Cheers, Sarah
