Speedy deletion of Teletubbies characters

I just merged the article from the separate character articles.Adding more info to it as well, a few sections from the Teletubbies article itself, found references for the controversies.

You "merged" without consensus and created a mess. You are also indefinitely banned from editing here. Stop making all these damn sock accounts, grow up, and go away already!
