The issue we have with you changing the motto is that it was unsourced and the edit was possibly a collision of interest. This is ridiculous! I can't get a source, this is the school doing it! We donate $200 every year to Wikipedia. If you don't have any higher ups does that money go to you? We will be canceling all of our donations and I personally will go out of my way to tell others how corrupt and mismanaged Wikipedia is! We are one of the few schools to allow Wikipedia as a reliable source but now I see why others do not. Ted ludlow 20 (talk) 19:20, 26 February 2020 (UTC)

@Ted ludlow 20: That's the thing, we don't know with certainty if you are the school. Secondly, I think this whole predicament actually proves the opposite of your point. If we are so corrupt and mismanaged, why do I go out of my way to ask you to verify your changes? If nobody did this, there would be rampant misinformation on the wiki. If you are truly a faculty member, you should be able to provide some sort of evidence that the motto has changed. If you cannot, use your position to create such evidence, such as a press release staring the change in motto.

As for the donations, While I do want your generous donations to continue funding the operational costs of the Wikimedia Project, you need to realize I am not some employee in an office building. I am a person spending his personal free time talking to you. Please consider that you, like me, are just another editor, and are subject to the same standards and scrutiny that I am. I'm going to ask you one more time, who is your higher up and how do I contact them? This is insanely disrespectful and will not be tolerated here at Lumen Christi. If you do not give us the correct contact information we will take down the page and find it ourselves. @Ted ludlow 20: That's the thing, we don't have higher ups. Wikipedia can be edited by anyone. Anyone can edit pages, even without an account. It is highly unlikely you will get an article taken down unless there is genuine libel or copyrighted material, which we will gladly take down as per our guidelines. If you want to have the information changed while also having a COI, you can submit an edit request whenever you get unblocked. Lol. No, what won't be tolerated is a schoolkid like yourself trying to get over like you are the school administrator. No person in a position of authority with a college education would behave as you've behaved here. Period.
