This one confuses me because even with the first months of the COVID lockdown, I don't think the application would have fallen through the cracks. Instead, I think it was misdated. But with this one, I don't take anything at face value. So, I'm confused here. :S If you can add anything to lock this one down a little better, I'd certainly appreciate it. :) - NeutralhomerTalk23:57, 20 May 2021 (UTC)

@Neutralhomer: I don't know for sure, but it might have been that the rightful owner was locked out of the Licensing and Management System as a result of the hacking and was unable to file the resumption of operations in March 2020. The FCC did accept that the station returned to the air within the one-year timeframe. Its license was cancelled March 5, 2021, but was immediately reinstated. I don't see any correspondences related to that cancellation, but my guess is that is was probably based on their belief that it had been off the air for more than one year. Nevertheless, if the FCC accepts that it returned to the air March 19, 2020, that's good enough for me.--Tdl1060 (talk) 00:13, 21 May 2021 (UTC)
I never thought about them being locked out. So, that makes sense. :)
As for the license deletion, it could just be another goof at the FCC. It wouldn't be the first, as it happened just a couple days ago to Austin's KVET-AM. - NeutralhomerTalk00:37, 21 May 2021 (UTC)
