This page is not promotional as it does not contain any ads but it is the creation for people in Paksitan who want to make their freelance career.I will ad dbio and contributions only with soem voluntary experience.

It's possible, but I always just suggest choosing a new name - it's simpler, and everyone usually just goes along with it (and usurping is usually for cases where someone has a specific desire for the name rather than just "oops, my name needs changing").
